Purpose and acceptance

VolunteeReady connects volunteers, groups and organizations. By using the portal, you agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and treat all participants with dignity.

Accounts and safety

You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password. Organizations are responsible for lawful screening, supervision, accommodations and safe working conditions. Verification is an administrative review and is not a guarantee or endorsement.

Opportunities and conduct

Postings must be accurate, non-discriminatory and connected to legitimate community service. Harassment, fraud, exploitation, dangerous activity, malicious files and unauthorized collection or disclosure of personal information are prohibited.

Files and content

You retain ownership of submitted content and grant the portal permission to store and display it as needed to provide the service. Upload only content you have authority to share. Public files may be visible to visitors; private files remain subject to authorized administrative access.

Incentives

Gifts, points and recognition may have eligibility requirements, limited quantities and fulfillment timelines. They are not wages or guaranteed compensation unless expressly stated.

Availability and enforcement

Access may be suspended for risk, misuse or violation. Services are provided as available; users remain responsible for evaluating an opportunity and taking reasonable safety precautions. These terms may be updated with notice through the portal.
